Eligibility:  Open to United States residents, aged 18 years of age or older.  Employees of La Opinión, L.P., and Dewey Square, (Dewey Square, together with Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and members of the immediate family or household of each, are not eligible to participate. Immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling or any person residing in same household as the employee.

How to Enter:  Promotion begins on August 01, 2011 5 am Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on August 31, 2011 12 pm PST (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received on or before August 31, 2011 12 pm PST.  Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by texting the short code 44636, by calling the telephone number (888) 534-4820 and leaving your name, address, age and telephone number with the voice mail system, mailing a 3×5 index card with their name, address, age and telephone number or via online by going to the following url address www.laopinion.com/clubdigital and registering to Club Digital. La Opinion, L.P. (the “Sponsor”) assumes no responsibility for lost, late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, inaccurate, misdirected or non-compliant entries. One entry per person.

Selection of Winners:  The weekly prize winners will be selected on or about August 08, August 15, August 22, & August 29 of 2011 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and cannot be calculated in advance.

Prizes. (i) There will be sixty-four (64) winners chosen from the eligible entries received from August 1-5 & 8-12, who will randomly receive one of the following items: one of Fifty (50) USB Flash Drives, one of Five (5) iPads, one of Five (5) iPod touch, one of One (1) Laptop bundle which consists of laptop, keyboard, mouse, webcam and router, and one of two (2) computer bundles which consists of monitor, PC, keyboard, mouse, webcam and router;  (ii) There will be eighty-six (86) winners chosen from the eligible entries received from August 15-19 & 22-26, who will randomly receive one of the following items: one of Seventy (70) USB Flash Drives, one of Five (5) iPads, one of Five (5) iPod touch, one of Four (4) Laptop bundle which consists of laptop, keyboard, mouse, webcam and router, and one of two (2) computer bundles which consists of monitor, PC, keyboard, mouse, webcam and router. Total value of all prizes awarded is approximately $35,000. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or rescheduling of the promotion.  No transfer of prizes or substitution of prizes is permitted. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.  Prizes will be subject to manufacturer warrantees and such warrantees are not the responsibility of sponsor. The prizes awarded are not redeemable for cash and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Notification of Winners:  The potential winners will be notified promptly after the prize drawing by telephone, and must provide mailing address for prize shipment on or before 5 pm PST on August 10, August 17, August 24, & August 31, 2011.  All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected notifications. If a potential winner cannot be contacted at the time the winner is drawn, or if a potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Any prize not claimed will be forfeited, and a new winner will be chosen.  Sponsor shall not be held responsible to or liable for failure to, contact the potential winner who provided an incorrect or no address if a prize is not returned or not sent.

The winners may be required to sign a publicity and liability release at the time of picking up the prize, which will allow Sponsor to use the winner’s name, biographical information, picture, portrait, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation or consideration in any and all media throughout the world, unless prohibited by law.

Conditions of Participation: This promotion is subject to the laws of the United States.  Entrants agree to accept the official rules. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, affiliate’s directors, officers, employees and agents (including advertising and promotion agencies) from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, consultants, employees and representatives are not responsible for (i) any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted, including failure of online, telephone and electronic systems; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event this Sweepstakes or any part of it is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend any part of the Sweepstakes and in such event, to determine the winners by conducting a drawing from all eligible entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension.

Entrants expressly consent to the use of personal information contained in the entry for the purposes of this Sweepstakes.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, or other parties in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of the Sponsor, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, consultants, employees and representatives, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions in any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California (as distinguished from the choice of law rules) and the United States of America applicable to contracts made and performed entirely in California and where the relevant contacts are with such state.  Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, the prize awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.  Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-pocket expenses, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
